Reliance Indonesia Insurance Premiums Received Rp 133.9 billion

PT Asuransi Reliance Indonesia recorded a premium income of Rp 133.9 billion as of November 2015, grew 10.11% compared to the same period last year of Rp 121.6 billion.

Reliance Insurance Indonesia is a general insurance company under the auspices of the Reliance Group. Company rely on the marketing of motor vehicle insurance products, property, marine cargo, and personal accident insurance.

Director of Reliance Insurance Indonesia Mardiana said growth in premium revenue caused by the company's strategy to focus work on motor vehicle insurance business lines.

Motor vehicle insurance business lines dominate the company's premium income up 55.71% or equivalent Rp74,6 billion per November 2015, jumped nearly 100% compared to the same period last year to Rp 37.4 billion, followed by property insurance, marine cargo, and other -other.

"We increased business cooperation with car and motorcycle dealers, especially those that serve the purchase in cash," said Mardiana in Jakarta, Thursday (17/12).

Mardiana said the company's focus on increasing growth in the amount of premiums and investment returns, quality products with excellent service that is consistent to the customers, and create customer satisfaction and loyalty.

The Company has worked with more than 180 partner workshops in Greater Jakarta and other major cities in Indonesia. In addition, the availability of tow trucks on standby for 24 hours and hotline center to provide maximum service to customers.

Mardiana convey the company's plan to establish sharia business unit in 2016.

"We see the potential to work on the general insurance segment sharia, in order to serve customers who want sharia guarantee scheme," he said.

Currently, the company has four branch offices in Bandung, Surabaya, Medan and Batam, as well as seven representative offices in Pekanbaru, Palembang, Solo, Bali, Makassar, Semarang, and Serpong.
